Same ol’ grind everyday basically.  Been taking my car to TMEngineering lately to get lots of minor things worked on because I’m anal about how I wanted some things.  Leaving for EOS6 Saturday morning hopefully, going to be an interesting drive, hopefully my 92 SC with 180k on the clock will make it! Frown

Also, I thought I’d never do this, but I might sell my car!!!  Been looking at a 2004 Lexus LS430 UL model for awhile now, just have to find the right color combo I like.

For those of you looking for a simple solution to this… It takes 1 step. I thought I was going to have to uninstall everything and reinstall, but deleting 2 files from the following locations did the trick!
1) Delete ClientRegistry.blob from program filessteam
2) Delete friendsUI.dll from program filessteamfriends

Start-up Steam again and you should have to re-enter your login information and you’re all set! Now, back to counterstrike!

This DIY assumes you can remove the climate control from the car.

Tools needed:
1) Soldering iron
2) Desoldering braid
3) Five 3mm leds
4) Basic soldering skills :)

First of all, this DIY will only show how to change the 5 leds that are above the top buttons on your climate control. Very basic and easy to do! I wasn’t planning on taking pictures and writing up this process, so sorry for the lack of pictures & descriptions in the photos. It should be pretty self-explanatory during the process.

These were the bulbs I purchased from SuperBrightLeds

Be sure to have the Anode (+) and Cathode (-) in the right direction before soldering. Look inside the original lights and line them up the same way…

Enjoy!

Just had a nice late night snack @ Denny’s with Rob, Thao, Jen, Duy, and Laura. Now I can’t sleep! Good thing I don’t have to wake up in the early AM’s like they do…So, I decided to upload two more albums for your viewing pleasure!

First one…here are some shots from rehearsal practice @ Crystal Cathedral from Saravy & Chad’s Wedding. Lots of statues and beautiful fountains to take pictures of.

Took Jen’s little cousins out to the Discovery Science Center in Santa Ana. Lots of fun things for kids to do for the entire day! Lots of exhibits and shows that make learning fun for young ones.

Have you ever watched a child completely engrossed in a project? They have the unusual ability to be serious about what they
’re doing without taking it too seriously. You can do the same with your life. You can live every day with more focus, and every week with more motivation.

Happy Labor Day!

Had a wonderful time over the weekend, despite the horrible 110 degree weather. Went to Saravy & Chad’s wedding on Saturday, recovered Sunday morning, and then went fishing at Seal Beach with Jen, Duy, Quang, Nancy, and Nam.

Other great news, we are guaranteed another championship because Josh Hayes pulled off another 1st place finish at Road Atlanta. Not only did he secure the FX championship, but he won 1st place in Supersport as well! Which means the last race at Laguna Seca is going to be a nail biter on Sept. 15th!

Here are some images from the wedding:
